Each client will undergo a Functional Movement Assessment.
Utilising my knowledge as a Senior Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist and the information gained from the FMS.

ACCOUNTABILITY AND SUPPORT
Communication is a key part of clients adherence to their plans.
To ensure each client is making the best progress possible they will have:
- Daily access via WhatsApp
- Weekly Check Ins to access progress and to make adjustments to their plans.
- Zoom Education sessions.
By analysing all the data I collect from each client I am able to develop Individually Tailored Diet and Training Plans
Each client will receive a detailed diet plan explaining what and when to eat. As well as a comprehensive training plan detailing the exact exercises they need to complete.
Iestyn was fantastic in helping me get back in shape after lockdown ended. He devised a thorough, flexible but straight forward plan for me that worked around my busy lifestyle which often involves travelling and staying away from home and working unusual hours.

Hi I'm Iestyn, a Physiotherapist, Professional Wrestler, Bodybuilder, Online Coach and most importantly a Dad.
Over the years I have strived to improve my physique and make it as good as it can be. This has involved me undertaking numerous diet plans and training regimes. All of the diets involved lots of time being spent meal prepping and I often found it a struggle to eat with my family or enjoy social occasions.
I also found that I was starting to spend more and more time training at the gym or completing cardio once again reducing my free time and limiting time which could be spent with my family.
So to combat this I have developed the "Strength and Shred" diet and training plan, this plan keeps meal prep to a minimum, uses time efficient training methods which maximise results in the shortest time required and allows flexibility to ensure that you can socialise and spend quality time with your family.
